Which industrial process should we automate first?

Do we need to replace our ERP or Excel files?

Not necessarily. We assess what can be kept and connected. Available APIs, exports and imports, licences and data quality determine the approach. Compatibility is confirmed after this review, never assumed.

How much does a project cost and how long does it take?

Cost and timing depend on the workflow, interfaces, data cleanup and security requirements. After scoping, the proposal defines the pilot, deliverables, milestones and any recurring fees. The calculator shows a potential benefit scenario, not a price quote.

Can our teams use the tool on the floor?

We adapt workflows to actual devices and conditions: desktop, tablet or phone, connectivity, gloves or shared workstations. Any offline requirement must be defined and tested within the project scope.

How do you protect data and operational continuity?

We define access rights, logs, backups and recovery scenarios according to the scope. A pilot, validation with your responsible teams and a gradual rollout plan help prepare the transition and exception handling.

Do you work on PLCs, robots or machines?

This offer covers workflow automation, applications and data exchanges. Real-time control, PLC programming and machine safety are not included. Any interface with those environments is scoped with the relevant specialists.

Do you work with businesses outside Montreal?

Yes. Our Montreal-based team collaborates in English and French with businesses across Quebec and Canada. Remote workshops, working hours and any on-site requirements are agreed during scoping.
