Terms of Use
Effective date: March 2025
These Terms of Use govern access to the Hamdi Services Inc. website and describe the general conditions that apply when visitors review our content or contact us. Project-specific services remain governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, or master service agreement for that engagement.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape protected information, or use the content in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
Scope of engagement
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, assumptions, and responsibilities are defined in a written agreement accepted by Hamdi Services and the client. Website descriptions are general information only and do not create a commitment to deliver a particular service, result, schedule, or price.
Client engagement
Clients agree to provide timely access to stakeholders, systems, decisions, data, and feedback needed to complete an engagement. Delays, inaccurate information, unavailable environments, or changes in priorities may affect the schedule, cost, or ability to deliver the agreed result.
Payments
Invoices follow the schedule stated in the applicable agreement and are due within 30 days unless another period is confirmed in writing. Hamdi Services may pause work after giving reasonable notice when an invoice is overdue, and the delivery schedule may be adjusted accordingly.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by Hamdi Services or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Project deliverables and pre-existing tools are governed by the intellectual property terms in the signed client agreement.
Confidentiality and information
Each party should protect confidential information received during a business discussion or engagement and use it only for the intended purpose. Visitors should not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other sensitive information through general website forms unless Hamdi Services has approved a secure method.
Third-party services and links
This website may link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools for convenience. Hamdi Services does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices, and a link does not mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.
Website availability and warranties
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Hamdi Services does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or that general website content is suitable for a visitor’s specific situation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamdi Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability related to professional services is governed by the signed agreement and is generally limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning website use will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Quebec unless the parties agree in writing to another process.
Changes to these Terms
Hamdi Services may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable law. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version, and continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms apply.
Questions
If you have questions about these Terms or a specific engagement, contact Hamdi Services at contact@hamdiservices.ca. For project work, the signed proposal, statement of work, or master service agreement takes precedence over these general website Terms if there is any conflict.
