Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, job title, project details, messages, and any information you choose to include.
Service and billing information (if applicable): invoicing details, service scope, communications related to delivery and support.
Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location (city/region), pages visited, and security/diagnostic logs.
Cookies and similar technologies: preferences and session data; analytics data if enabled (see Cookies section).

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support security and remember your privacy choices.
You can submit a request without accepting tracking cookies. To handle your project, we retain its form page without query parameters, service, language and the information you provide. This context requires no tracking cookie.
Google Analytics loads in advanced consent mode. When storage is refused, Google may receive limited cookieless measurements, including consent state and page, interaction, device and browser signals. Cookieless measurement does not guarantee complete anonymity.
The optional Analytics choice allows analytics cookies. The optional Advertising measurement choice allows advertising storage and measurement data, including click identifiers, to be sent to Google to connect ads with enquiries. Analytics conversions may be used in the linked Google Ads account to measure and optimize campaigns. Ad personalization remains disabled. Our analytics code does not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or project summaries to Google.
If you allow analytics or advertising measurement, validated campaign labels may be kept in memory during navigation and included with your request. Our code does not store them in a cookie or local storage. Google click identifiers and search terms are not retained in submissions. Refusing both categories clears the labels from memory. You can change or withdraw your choices through Cookie preferences; withdrawal does not retroactively delete a request already submitted.

When we share information
We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., hosting, email delivery, security services, analytics). These providers receive only what they need to perform their services and are expected to protect it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate security incidents.

Processing outside Quebec
Some of our service providers may process or store information outside Quebec (and potentially outside Canada). When this happens, we take reasonable steps to protect your information (contractual safeguards, access controls, and security measures). Retention and destruction
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and to meet legal or contractual requirements. When information is no longer needed, we destroy, delete, or anonymize it using reasonable measures.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information (e.g., access controls, least-privilege permissions, encryption where appropriate, logging/monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Depending on your situation and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions), and in certain cases request deletion or portability.
To submit a request, email us with enough detail to identify the information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
