ERP modernization and customer/order unification — HydroSolution

Reverse-engineered a legacy ERP and migrated to a .NET/Angular platform, with Docker Compose + Azure DevOps CI/CD and strengthened quality practices.

For HydroSolution, we modernized an existing ERP into a new application foundation integrating customer and order data. The mandate focused on reducing technical debt, speeding up delivery cycles, and securing operations through solid documentation (test packages, deployment plans, runbooks).

Challenge

The legacy ERP contained critical business rules but was hard to evolve. Builds and releases were expensive, cross-team coordination was complex, and alignment between the legacy system and the new target architecture had to remain reliable throughout the transition.

Solution

We performed full reverse engineering to derive the target architecture, then industrialized delivery with CI/CD infrastructure and technical governance (reviews, standards, documentation).

Outcome

Reduced build time (~40%) and stabilized the delivery pipeline, enabling more frequent and predictable releases. The new foundation unified customer/order data and supported progressive modernization without operational disruption.
