Terms of Use

These terms govern professional services delivered by Hamdi Services Inc. and any written statements of work, proposals, or master service agreements.
Scope of engagement
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are defined in written agreements. Changes to scope require mutual written approval.
Client engagement
Clients agree to provide timely access to stakeholders, systems, and feedback needed to complete the engagement. Delays may affect timelines and costs.
Payments
Invoices follow the agreed schedule and are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may pause work.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
