Website ownership and commitment

The website belongs to the client from the signing of the contract.

Website ownership does not end the payment commitment: the contract requires 24 monthly payments, which remain payable over the agreed term.

Price and first payment

CAD $199 per month for 24 monthly payments: a minimum of CAD $4,776 before tax. No separate setup or activation fee during the limited-time offer. Both the website build AND ongoing care are included, with no additional required management plan. Standard licences and a standard domain are included. Optional extras are quoted separately.

Online store from CAD $299/month, build and ongoing care included, with no setup fee during the offer. 24-month commitment, CAD $7,176 before tax.

For the business website, the first payment of CAD $199, plus applicable taxes, is due when the contract is signed. The payment schedule is set out in the contract.

Limited-time offer

Setup fees are waived for eligible new subscriptions during the promotional period. Your monthly price, scope and proposal acceptance deadline are confirmed before signing. No setup fee will be added retroactively to a signed offer.

First version of the website

A first version of the website is presented within a maximum of one month after the contract is signed. This timeline applies to the first version, not the final launch.

After the required monthly payments

After the 24 monthly payments, the subscription continues. The client can then cancel it.

A contact or quote request form, plus technical SEO foundations. No search ranking or lead volume is guaranteed.

Hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance and the licences required for the standard scope. A standard .ca or .com domain, or connection of your existing domain.

45 minutes of small updates each month, with no rollover. During the build: 2 rounds of consolidated revisions.

Online store: up to 5 standard pages and 20 product listings in 1 language. Catalogue, cart, payment-provider connection and standard tax and shipping configuration. Hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance, a standard domain and licences for the standard scope are included. 2 revision rounds and 60 minutes of small monthly updates, with no rollover.

Your content and small updates

You provide the copy, images and business information. Integration and light adjustments are included. A small update does not include a complete new page, a new feature or a redesign.

Outside this plan

Pages and products beyond the plan, additional languages, copywriting, translation, custom features, complex integrations, selling subscriptions, marketplaces, premium domains, monthly SEO and advertising are excluded. They require an approved quote before billing.

Taxes are extra. For an online store, payment-provider fees and optional third-party services are billed separately by their providers. Complex variants and special shipping needs are reviewed before signing.

Proposal request and contract

The form sends a proposal request only. It does not create a contractual commitment or start any payment or subscription.

You can review the terms and ask questions before signing. The contract sets out the selected scope, agreed options and terms for your project.
